The purpose of this survey is to provide government with an indication of trends in the cultural sponsorship market. Information, in a form that would not allow identification of any individual, may be provided to individuals or groups outside the Ministry.

Your confidentiality will be protected. All responses will be kept strictly confidential to the people who work on this survey. Only grouped information will be produced. Nothing will be released to anyone outside the Ministry that would allow any individual business to be identified.
