Review of Government Screen Funding Arrangements Discussion Paper

The government is seeking feedback from the public and industry, by 30 April 2004, on possible improvements to the way government organises its support for screen production in New Zealand .

As recommended in 2003 by the Screen Production Taskforce, the government has launched a wide-ranging review of the various mechanisms and agencies involved in support for screen production. This discussion paper identifies and discusses various current issues and challenges and puts forward some possible options for enhancing the effectiveness of existing screen funding arrangements.
