Exports of New Zealand Published Books (October 2003). A report prepared by Dialogue Consultants Ltd for the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, as the first phase of an audience development and marketing initiative for New Zealand literature. The research was undertaken with wide support from the book sector including publishers and authors. The findings were launched by Rt Hon Helen Clark, Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage on 27 January 2004 .
