Review of the New Zealand Film Commission
Government has received the New Zealand Film Commission review report. The review was conducted by New Zealand film-maker, Sir Peter Jackson and David Court, Head of Screen Business at the Australian Film, Television & Radio School.
The report includes a number of recommendations. The Ministry for Culture and Heritage is working on responses to the report in consultation with the Film Commission and key stakeholders.

The closing date for comments on the Terms of Reference for the Review was 31 July 2009.
57 submissions were received and were considered by the review team. Copies of the submissions are available (see below) but have not been posted where permission was not received.
